Nabnaleena makes her first appearance in the Medical Center, where the Player is tasked with a mini-game to obtain Givanium and inject it into Nabnaleena six times, as stated by Banban. In order to fix the buttons and not restart the mini-game all over again, the Player needs to use their Drone in order to activate the buttons around the room and change the screen to its rightful drop color, which allows the Player to continue. After doing the process six times, a door will open, rewarding the Player the audio disk. Nabnaleena will then be seen peeking out of the door leading to the hallway, retreating behind the doorway once the Player approaches her. the Player must then go back and, after inserting the audio disk, Nabnaleena will then crawl on the ceiling. After few seconds, Nabnab will exit his dark door to meet her. They will both crawl around for a moment and go away. After a bit, some sounds like the ones Jumbo Josh will be heard, followed by a loud and more violent sound. After that, Nabnaleena will come back running and she will go inside the Nabnab room. Nabnab appears later, unconscious, with Banbaleena in the Jumbo Room.
